How it works

- Pick at least four genres. Fantasy is already chosen for you; add three more you enjoy.
- Tell your curator about you. Favorite authors, books you own, anything to skip. A real person reads it.

Do you send book one of a series?
We aim to. Tell your curator which series you've started or finished in your note, and we'll avoid jumping you into the middle of one.
Can I get romantasy without spice?
Yes. Pick Fantasy and Romance, and say “no explicit scenes” in your note. If you want spice, add Spicy / Dark Romance.
Will I get books I already own?
Not one you tell us about. List the books and series you already own in your curator note. We also keep a record of every book (by ISBN) we send you, so we won't send you the same book twice. If a repeat ever slips through, you choose: 50% back on that box, or two extra books in your next one.
Are the books hardcover or paperback?
Both. Books are new or like-new and unread, and the mix of hardcovers and paperbacks varies by box.
