Absolutely! While we can't guarantee specific books or authors, we encourage you to share your preferences, including favorite genres or book formats. Add a note at checkout, and we'll do our best to tailor your box to your preferences.
We know it happens! As a one-time courtesy, we allow one replacement for a book you already owned prior to subscribing. Just let us know, and we'll include an additional book in your next box to make up for it.
We have a system in place that tracks the ISBNs of every book you've received from us to ensure you never get the same book twice. In the rare event that a duplicate slips through and we confirm it on our end, you have two choices: receive a 50% refund on the box containing the duplicate, or get 2 free additional books in your next box.
Yes, the magic is in the mix! We require you to select at least 4 genres. This ensures we can curate a diverse, exciting box tailored to your vibe while keeping the surprise alive every month.
Every book included in our boxes is in new or like-new condition and has never been read by another reader. Some books may have slight dings or minor corner wear from transit and storage, but any imperfections will always be minuscule.

Our book box ninjas are speedy! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped promptly. Depending on your location, delivery takes 2-5 business days. Located in the Midwest, we usually deliver to either coast in just 2-3 days.

You can easily change the number of books you receive by logging into your account portal. Modifying your selected genres directly in the portal isn't available just yet (we're working on it!), but our support team is happy to help update your genre preferences. Just reach out to us!
Your first charge happens the moment you check out. Going forward, your subscription will automatically renew and be billed on that exact same date every subsequent month.

Great selection of books I’ve ever heard of and new authors for me! This is exactly what I was looking for. I also wasn’t expecting many to be hardbacks which was a huge bonus! two of the books were good, the other two not so much. The second box was three books of historical fiction and one fiction. I did not like The Good Mother and prefer no further books like this one.

Im soooo glad I tried this subscription! I can’t lie, initially I was a little worried about which books they would send me but the price was great and the curiosity was killing me. I was definitely not disappointed whatsoever! One of the books was actually on my TBR list, another was by an author I like and the other 2 I hadn’t heard of but they sound really good! I can’t wait to read them and see what they’ll send me in the future! Highly recommend!!
