30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your book box! If you’re not satisfied with your box, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  1. All Books Must Be Included:
    • You must return all books included in your box. Partial returns will not qualify for a full or partial refund.
  2. Condition of Books:
    • All returned books must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you. Books showing signs of use, damage, or wear (e.g., torn pages, writing, or stains) will render the return ineligible.
  3. Packaging:
    • While the original box is not required, we recommend secure packaging to ensure the books arrive safely.

How to Request a Return

  2. Receive Approval:
    We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Box Back:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned books, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return meets all the requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Returns that do not include all books or fail to meet the condition requirements will not be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Boxes older than 30 days from the delivery date.
  2. Damaged or incomplete returns.
  3. Books received as part of a promotional offer or free gift.
