When do my changes apply?
Right away. We update your reading profile and any box order that hasn’t shipped yet. If your box is already being packed, email support@thebookscription.com and we’ll do our best.
How do I know which email to use?
Use the email from your order confirmation. If you have more than one, try the one you check most. Nothing is shared: if an email isn’t on a subscription, no message is sent.
Where do I skip, pause or cancel?
Those live in the Customer Portal. Genres live here.
Can I tell my curator something specific?
Yes. Reply to any of our emails or write to support@thebookscription.com with authors you love, books you already own, or anything to avoid. A real person reads every note.
