We know it happens! As a one-time courtesy, we allow one replacement for a book you already owned prior to subscribing. Just let us know, and we'll include an additional book in your next box to make up for it.
We have a system in place that tracks the ISBNs of every book you've received from us to ensure you never get the same book twice. In the rare event that a duplicate slips through and we confirm it on our end, you have two choices: receive a 50% refund on the box containing the duplicate, or get 2 free additional books in your next box.
